Diet update
Ok, so on July 26 I had this plan: caloric intake 1500-1800 cal, walk 2m/day, weight train 3/week, maybe flexibility training. So, how am I doing? Eh. Walking pretty much daily, when I'm at home, which over the last month has been less than usual. Calorie counting some days, pigging out other days. Used the apartment's gym equipment twice. Taped some yoga/tai chi sessions off the fitness channell. Lost about 5 pounds. Grade: C+ I think I need to renew my gym membership.l
