The Carnival of Recipes #21 is posted on Physics Geek. I sent in my experiment with black-eyed peas and slow cookery, and it seems to have been well received. Yay. I still have lots of black-eyed peas left over, some as hoppin john and some just as peas. Other experiments may occur; recommendations are welcome.
