Torture
Lots of posts on the topic on Instapundit. Ace of Spades seems to me to make the most sense. Those who are arguing that torture is useless seem clueless. It may be that there are interrogation techniques that are not torture [and I don't know if a useful operational definition of torture can be made that everyone will agree on] that work as well. I don't know. But it seems to me that if we deliver someone into another country's custody so that he can be interrogated in a particular way we're still morally responsible. It would be better to have a clear discussion on this before a city gets nuked or some other serious terrorist attack occurs rather than after.
